I also called because I needed to add a building number to my order and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and pleasant. My order was already out for delivery but he called the driver with the additional info. and everything went smoothly. Then, they even called me back later to confirm delivery and to let me know that the recipient loved the flowers. They went above and beyond and I’m very pleased!
